When I’m Not Thinking TOO Hard

I’ve got Swagger

swagger

So the other day my co-worker Lea was telling me how I have “swagger”.  Now I think at 27 that I’m pretty up to date with the new slang, however, I have never heard of this word before.  I was really curious as to how popular this word was and what it exactly meant.  She explained that, “Swagger is being stylish, cool and confident… able to handle any situation.” Why what a lovely compliment! I would hardly say that about myself but thanks Lea, that made my day!

Of course I went on the interwebs to consult the UrbanDictionary and get a full definition.  Apparently there were a lot of listed definitions, but all of them pretty much said the same thing.  “How one presents him or her self to the world. Swagger is shown from how the person handles a situation.” “A person’s style- they way they walk, talk, dress.” “Swagger is to to move with confidence, sophisticationand to be cool. Swagger is to conduct your self in a way that would automaticaly earn respect.”

We debated a bit that a guy must be born with it.  I disagree and think that one can learn sophistication, style, and confidence.  What do you think?

Your swagger just got cut in half by your comic sans typeface used in the description image. Haha sorry had to call you out on that. ;’)
